I absolutely love this game. I played it every day until I beat all the stories. This game is great, Sonic and Shadow are back and better than ever, and the newcomer Silver is INCREDIBLE. I also like the style of game play, Sonic speed, Shadow's weapons, and Silver's psychic abilities all rule. I don't know a single Sonic fan who doesn't love this game. Might I add that it is way better than Sonic and the Secret Ring despite being less well received. I can also consider this the best Sonic game since Sonic Heroes. Even though this game has the cheap 4Kids voice cast, don't let it bother you Sonic fans. Lastly, whenever I see the last story, it warms my heart. I feel like I'm watching a Disney classic. This game gets an A plus. A must have for any Sonic fan.

Why
I am not so keen on the newer 3D Sonic games. Personally, I think that running around getting rings is better than clawing Dark Gaia after the sun sets. There is a link to Free Sonic in the Sonic Sites section.

Plot
Dr. Eggman learns of the legend surrounding Chaos. Believing it to be true, he seeks out the Master Emerald and shatters it, freeing Chaos in the process. Eggman's goal is to control Chaos, and use its destructive powers to collect the Chaos Emeralds and conquer the city of Station Square. To help him, he has created the E-Series robots, a group of robots powered by animals placed inside them and programmed to obey him.
